question about 1.5 patch

A little question here:
I am a bit confused, because I see some references to a 1.5 patch, but I can't find it. :hmm:
Is the patch included in the u-boot add-on for SH4?

Yes, patch 1.5 is a part of the U-Boat Missions Addon.

Probably not, The devs said that the changes were integral to the addon.
