[tec]how to remove "0"wind calm jiggly water

open silent 3ditor and locate the scene.dat file you want to edit . The one i want is in silent hunter 4/mods/environmental 4 mod/date/scene.dat .
(make sure the mod is disabled in JSGME)
Click on the + next to Node - Sky .
Click on the + next to EnvData .
Click on properties .
Click on the + next to SupressWaves .
Click on SmallWaves = 4E - 05 .
Change the value to 0.00002 (the notation will change to 2E - 05)
Save as .
