IX D2 from SH IV Uboat Missions

Hello,

I´m relatively new on this forum and I hope my question is not too stupid! :oops:
I have both SH III and SH IV plus the new Uboat Missions Add-on installed, and I´m curious to know whether it is possible to import the wonderful IX D2 from the U-boat Missions into SH III and make it playable!
