Mission Orders Wierdness

Hi all.

I just noticed this when reading my mission orders, it seems the last word is chopped depending the length and my game save name is super imposed :rotfl: .

Is anybody else getting this, or is BDU trying to send me personalised messages. Sorry the pic is clipped seems that since buying a new 24" ws the res in screenshots has fubar'd :damn:

Best regards.

That word almost spelled fubar. :p Don't know about this problem though.

Happens regularly....I'm not aware of a fix.

Happens with saves
Nothing that can be done AFAIK

Thanks for the input chaps, it's not a big deal. At least now I know my install isn't screwed.

@Col. Caldwell..... Indeed it did ;........ Fubar used to be my nick most everywhere until I registered at JCWolf's old forum. He mistook me for the skinmaester, I was flattered and at the same time a tad embarresed. We both had a chuckle if I remember. Hence the handle change

Best regards.

It's happened to me too. Running stock SH3 through SH3 Cmdr v2.7 I'd go out on patrol, reach my patrol coordinates & spend my 24 hours there. If I decided to get out of the game after that (never just after sinking something: I know about that bug) I'd save the game. The next time that I ran the game whatever name I chose to save that game with would appear in the news briefing on startup.

This hasn't occurred (yet) since I installed SH3 Cmdr 3.0.
