Downloading Patches
 

I may be in need of new specs but can I find patches 1.3 and 1.4 anywhere? I saw a post stating they were stickied on the forum top, but they are not to be found. Loads of posts about the patches but no leads. No replies to pm's and no luck.

I have 1.1 and 1.2 loaded and running already and hoping some bugs are to be fixed by loading 1.3 then 1.4.

Is 1.5 just a U boat adapter or is it a proper SH4 patch?

Apologies but have spent ages looking and found nothing.

No need to get v1.3, just push right on to v1.4.

U-Boat Missions does improve on v1.4 with the Pacific Campaign, it's not just U-Boat missions. :) v1.5 is nice, but isn't perfect.

v1.5 is currently only available by purchasing U-Boat Missions.

Patch 1.5 is included in the UBoat add-on that you can purchase here at Subsim if you wish for $9.95. I'm not trying to be a salesman just answering the question.

Hey, no problem. Thanks to you all. So, 1.5 is not necessary for SH4 Pacific because I will never go U boat anyway.

ALL the patches are there on 'Gamespot's' Silent Hunter WoP page. Iv'e just come from there 2 minutes ago. But, I've always only ever used 1.4 patch

v1.5 does add new features to the Pacific gameplay, like how your crew works and new UI things. I think the stock graphics look much better in v1.5 too.

I got U-Boat Missions just so I'd have v1.5 and could play Duciumus's TMO for v1.5. I have yet to play a U-Boat. :)

I read somewhere that any future patches will be based on 1.5 and that 1.4 is 'finished' as far as development. Like they said above just go straight to 1.5. My interest is the US Pacific Boats too ;-)
