Can anyone help me with bugs in the mod?
 

U BOAT missions is full of bugs.You cannot even play properly.Ans as always ubisoft wont even consider fixing any of them.:damn: Anyway.If anyone of you knows any mod that will help me solve my problems i owe him many thanks.
1.Tha medals when i hover my mouse over display different names.ex. purple heart medal says is bronze star etc
2.No german voices and and no german alarm in the u-boat.this is completly stupid
3.Inside the boat the instruments are black.All of them.telegraph,rudder,depthmeter,everything.:arrgh !:
If anyone can help or redirect me to a topic with sth helpful please do it!!

Reminds me of the old days when 1.3 first came out when people were catastrophizing about the periscope animations not working in the conning tower. Just show me where any of these defects impacts your efficiency as a skipper and I'll eat 'em! In the meantime we have a great game that plays wonderfully with a few inconsequential glitches that our great modders will fix in no time flat.

Go buy Ratchet and Clank. I've got a copy of Unreal Tournament III than I'm not playing. This kind of temper tantrum makes me sick.

Before the add-on came out the devs explained exactly what they were going to do. They would spend their time on the hard-coded parts of the game that couldn't be modded and leave the other stuff to the modders. They accomplished exactly that and did a marvelous job. Maybe KentuckyFriedMole needs a sidekick over at that other forum. No soup for you!

Agree. It would of been better if they left out the voices altogether oh & when you recieve a message take a look down the bottom, it aint from Bdu:shifty:. :rotfl:

Try Spax german language for Uboat found in the mods section just remeber to disable the mod when you go back to the US campaign otherwise your have german speaking A mericans in your Gato. Or one of the big mods KP has mentioned probably have the issues you mentioned fixed.

Anyways once i see my fine looking IXD2 cruising on the surface all those problems melt away:)

Only problem is that the stated Mods, listed above, only address the American Pacific Campaign not the German Campaign...which the OP seems to be referring to :down:

about german voices:

To have them working you must install the german voice pack. You can download it from ubisoft. Unfortunaly you must aply the voice pack over 1.0. It wont install on already patched game.

but when you have voice pack installed all voices work good. And yes there is ALAAARM, but it sounds like the guy who is screaming it is bored.

Do you have German voices on the U-Boat and American voices in the Fleet sub? That's what I'm waiting for. In the meantime I'll treat the AAAAAOOOOOOOOGGGAH! as comedy and not worry about it.

i can switch between english and german voice in sound menue.

See, that's the problem. Ubi needs to release a sound pack that players can install over 1.5. I'm not uninstalling and re-installing the game just to apply the sound pack to 1.0.
