Japanese Type 13 radar mast:

The radar objects are very intruiging. Rig a few nodes on the ships, and they could be configured to show up at the same time the ships receieve those particular radar set.

Very interesting on the type 13 radar. Im more interested in the US officer since im working on getting bands playing a couple US docks. Whered ya find him? :88)

Side note, i still trying to think of away to strap a tommy gun onto some of the watch crew when at battlestations.

Not realistic, but .. just one of those " that would be cool!" moments. Don't think ill ever manage it, but its fun to think of it.

Hey, you could just add an extra flak station for "tommy gun", and watch the guy blast away when under air attack :lol:

Ive acutally been thinking about trying to do that with the 50 cal. Create a new node, stick the 50 cal on it. (was thinking port or starboard side, just foward of the aft AA gun on the cigerette deck.) Just got to hope i can get the UPC files to cooperate. If so...... sweet!

I found the node in /Library/Characters/Sailors.dat. The Japanese officer is char_JPNOffc and the American one is char_AMOffc. It's the file from where the game calls all the animated crew member nodes (there's some others there that aren't currently in use by the game, such as the ones toward the end).
