Questions regarding ship AI sensors (passive and active detection)
- What settings determine whether an AI ship have passive (hydrophone) and active (ASDIC) detection capability versus being deaf?
- Is detection an all-or-nothing proposition? In other words, if an AI ship has detection capability, is it both passive and active together or do some ships have just passive detection?
- What, if anything, needs to be adjusted so that an AI ship has only passive detection ability?
