flash traffic rsrdc ?
 

hi i reecived a flash traffic saying that 2 bb's were leaving truk and were heading to japanese home waters please tell me how i can find coordinates on the map that says

2830N 13115E on jan 14th i dont even know how to find that or any of the coordiantes given in the flash traffic please help me with this thanks

28 30 N is 28 degrees, 30 minutes North latitude (which are the horizontal lines on the map). 1 degree is made up of 60 minutes and 60 minutes is made up of 60 seconds, but they don't use seconds in this game. So, 30 minutes puts the position halfway between 28 and 29 degrees N latitude.

Similarly, 131 degrees, 15 minutes E longitude would place the position just west of the 131 vertical line.

Take your best guess and make a pencil mark on the map to determine if you are in range and have time to intercept.

is there any way to make it more simple on how to find this out becuase i am completley confused on how to figure this out its frustrating

Uhh, the map grid is pretty detailed. Look for the degree markings on the edges of the map screen. The further you zoom in, the more refined the markings get. They're marked in degrees and minutes at the highest zoom levels, which is good enough to give you positions down to within a nautical mile.

Anyway, just go to the nav map, zoom in, and read the numbers next to the grid lines around the map edges.
