Help with green bars at F7 Station, please!

Some time ago, I saw a thread where somebody explains how to modify the colour of the green bars for every station (torp rooms, radio, electric engines, etc) at the F7 screen...
I did a search to find that topic, but I can't find anything related to that, probably because the title of that thread doesn't make direct reference to the subject.
Anyone could give me a hand with finding it, or maybe some instructions on how to do it? I remember there was a code that had to be changed in a file, but some info about the codes for different colours would be very helpful and which file to change.

After many attempts, all I accomplished was to have 2 CTD's and no visible changes, even when I think I applied correctly (obviously not) :damn: :damn: the info posted there.
Now, all I am trying to do is to have the bars (all of them) the same colour as the text (orange) pointed with the arrow in the pic shown below.

It's not necesary to say that my very poor skills in this area are insufficient to obtain the result I am looking for. :oops:
I would like to know if any of you could be kind enough to give me a hand with it... please?

Hi CapZap,

Won't be able to help you provided that my knowledge in "files handling" is lower than low but I think it is a good idea to change that ugly green to this nice orange ! Is it the same one as the Umark.tge orange color ?

i know that when I had CTD's was because I obviously did something wrong, but when i change the color codes I don't see any visible changes in-game... :damn:
