That Zany Harbor traffic!!
Kaluens,
They're at it again with their crazy antics... yup you guessed it! I'm sailing from Lorient December 27, 1942. I hear an explosion, as I scan the harbor I notice something strange. :o http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c9...Noparkinga.jpg WTF? http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c9.../Noparking.jpg Ok so..maybe Bernard was at the helm? As I steam further out of port I see something burning in the distance on open ground. F12 and I close with the unknown bonfire and guess what was the kindling!? http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c9...reak/109sa.jpg Yes its 2 109's spooning... :o http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c9...treak/109s.jpg Its bad enough I have to worry about the Allies... now this in harbor mayhem and carnage. LOL!! :rotfl: :rotfl: |
Well.. you see.. tonight was the harbormaster's birthday, so all the boys all had a few rounds and toddled off to finish their duties. Next thing we know, Bernard is parking a destroyer in a sub pen and we recieve a radio message from the Luftwaffe that says "WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE !!!!" :o
|
I came back into Wilhemhaven from my the first patrol of my career last night, it was night and pouring rain, so terrible visibility. Just as I start to enter the harbor, I reach for my cup of tea, turn around, and BOOM- there's a freighter parked right across the entrance only a couple hundred meters away!!! Emergency reverse and I manage to slow to a 2 knot collision. I don't know who decided it was a good idea to park a freighter across the entrance at night, in weather, but I can think of more effective means of protection. From the enemy.

I just read the Credits for the SH4 Expansion and there are
Comedians listed. A bunch!! :hmm: Now I've GOTTA look at the credits for SH3 closer! :rotfl: |

Also, that Sperrbrecher trying to get into the subpen thought there was an air-raid drill going on.... |
It is you guys who drive the harbour people to distraction and desperate of relief. Of course the 24/7 dock band playing the Kadeten Marsch over and over sends people around the bend. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
|
:hmm: That band is an international conspiracy by the Swiss working with the Red Cross, gotta be, they're in every port, Axis Allied or Neutral...
:D whoops... tinfoil hat time for me...they're totally spying on me with, like, beams, man...:ping: |
They need that band in the Allied ports to play accompaniment for the fireworks when we hit their ships there ! :D
*Ba ba BA ba ba ba BA ba baaaaa *BOOM !!!* Ba ba BA ba ba ba BA ba baaaaa *BOOM !!!* |
I think that destroyer captain wants to really command a U-boat, or is trying to be one:hmm: .
As for those flyboys at the Luftwaffe, im not really surprised:nope: |
Just one of those bad days at the office http://www.psionguild.org/forums/ima...ies/pirate.gif

Did you save in port Hanomag ?
|
Kaluen BBWooly,
As a rule NO. But I think I did that time. I was tired and just finished refitting and the game just finished loading in port and I saved. :hmm: |

That could explain what happened. Saving and restarting in or anywhere near a port causes all of the AI-controlled ships & aircraft in the port to forget their pre-planned movement paths, so they just keep going in a straight line. The general result is that ships and aircraft collide with whatever is in front of them: the shore, another ship or aircraft, etc. Pablo |
The Lolwaffe are back!! :o  :rotfl:
