I hate to sound pedantic, but isn't the proper scientific term herbivore? I've PO'd many a vegetarian by using that term to refer to them. So, Foxtrot, what part of the constellation Vega are you from?

No. "Herbivore" refers to natural eating habits of a species. "Vegetarian" refers to a diet
choice.

Even vegitarians are still omnivores by species.

A true Vegan will not eat or wear anything from an animal or use any product tested on an animal.
