Drunken Korean attempts to cook landlady's Chihuahua

A South Korean man suffering from a bad case of the booze-fuelled munchies decided his landlady's Chihuahua would do nicely as a post-session snack, but ended up part-flambéd and cuffed for his trouble.

The 52-year-old canine chef, named only as Park, kidnapped said mutt while his 69-year-old landlady was in the bathroom of the boarding house in Jongno, Seoul, the Korean Times reports.

He apparently killed the poor animal then "tried to scorch the dog" before cooking it in his room, but his clothes caught fire and neighbours, alerted by the smoke, called in the fire brigade.

Cops duly attended the scene of the failed culinary experiment, and a drunken Park admitted: "I did so because I was hungry." He was charged with theft.

HAHHAH, I even have a Korean friend that always jokes that he is going to eat somebodies cat or dog.

That's not so funny actually. They are not exactly safety minded:roll: . They've had issues in the past here at work.
