The mission files..
 

Does anyone know whether the mission files are referenced when you start SH4 (when loading the game) or when you start a mission/ load your saved file ?

If a log file of all actions is recorded, here's an opportunity for a truely dynamic campaign, where one can make a little piece of code that reads the log and updates the MIS files accordingly, before they're reloaded by SH4.
