World in Conflict game
 

Just might pick this up, I always liked the red alert series, but this looks better.

Deffo worth a look, but it's more like Ground Control (by the same people) than it is like Red Alert, however it has a storyline by Larry Bond :up:
Just forget about Base building and speed up the tempo of battle by five and you're in WIC territory :)

In other news, Red Alert 3 has been announced. :rock:

WiC is a great game, played the open beta but havent actualy picked it up after that, though i definately intend to.

Believe me. WiC can be a very immersive game if you find a server were people actually teamplay.

Seems like teamplay is what you need, I'd love the game if I could pause during combat, as I'm rather poor at keeping track of serval spread out tanks all at once which have no TacAI while the opponent does.
