Problem with patch 1,4b and GWX update in vista 32

First of all, i am new in here. I have tryed to install 1,4b pacth and it says it patched to 1,3 then finish, but then i check my sh3 exe file after the patch it still says 1.0.0.1 versjon, and i also dont know how to install the GWX 2.0, i realy wish it was it was a simple way to install both, just like one click in the mouse

Could someone please help me out here
