2 questions (type 2 & transfers)
 

I'm on patrol 7. I'm digging my type 2a. I'm afraid if i go bigger i'll lose my ability to sneak inside of convoys with near impunity. Also, thus far when detected it's been a very easy thing to sneak away from the destroyers...

I'm in May of 40 in Flotilla 1. Don't i get txferred to France soon? If so, can I upgrade to a 2d instead of a 7? Does it have the endurance to complete the missions out of France?

They didnt operate type II's out of France I'm afraid and just as well since your likely to get allocated a patrol grid near Gib and I dont fancy your chances getting there in a Duck :D
