Just wondering what is the best setup for the damage crew.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, folks, but I think you want mostly mechanic and electrical specialists, with a good compartment leader. Ya?

Agree with Howler. I also use my DC crew for the guns so I make sure two or three of my specialists have 50% or better gun skill.
