[REQ] conning tower art.
 

okay guys, i know it's absurd but the last game i played in this series was silent hunter ii.. i didn't have a good computer during it's release and up until a few days from now.. but i was wondering.. if it was possible to code in a feature to select a design to go on your conning tower like how you could select one for your uboat in sh2.. i just thought that was so missed and i don't know if that's in sh4 or not..
any one think it's possible.. ?

I saw the thread you are reffering to but i would also just like conning tower art..im not after any custom skins or kill flags..

how would i go about just getting conning tower art?

i might use their help in making some conning tower art, but i thought it would be nice to have a program dynamically do it for us..

If you have a graphics program capable of editing .dds files (Photoshop with the dds plugin is what I use, Gimp has one, too I believe) you can add your artwork easily. You could set each artwork up as a JSGME compatible mod and activate which ever one you wanted. You would have to put the artwork on each type of submarines conning tower graphic, though, if you wanted it to work no matter what type of sub you had.

As far as the killflag boats go, if you like one of the designs on one of the boats we have created, then you could download the skin for that boat and just not send in update reports. That way, you would have the design, but wouldn't have the killflags.:sunny:
