IMHO, you can never have too much butter on pancakes! :rock:

....and swimming in real, grade AA, maple syrup! *DROOL*

When I make homemade buttermilk pancakes, I pour the batter in generously so the pancakes come out the nearly the same size as the plate! :D

God bless my departed Mother! She kept me from being a starving bachelor but it also means I'm a better cook than my wife!
