Crew morale - what is it for?

I have a question. What is depending from crew morale?

It affects the endurance of the sailor.

A tired sailor is less effective
Sonar stop hearing
Gunners load slower
Torps load slower
etc

AS you can see, Morale and the other thing make endurance ^^

Yes i know that. So you want to say - maximum endurance depend from morale, or how fast they loss endurance?

Gezur(Arbeit) 02-02-08 05:04 PM

IF BOTH is full u will NEVER lose endurance anymore, like u can see, already 1,5 months on patrol and still full endurance.

But i dont know how the other thing is called :D

PS: yes morale is slowing (or stopping) the sinking of endurance (together with the other -.- thing)

Ok, thank you.

Actually AFAIK resilience's (the other thing) effect has not been modelled on the game.
