Mod Idea?????

lo fellow kaleuns

was re-reading "Iron Coffins" while crossing the atlantic at tc128 and in it he refers to this quite a lot
Quote: "The rhythmical thrashing of a hundred propellers penetrated the heavy steel of our hull and bounced back and forth inside the boat"

another talks of "the sound of a hundred steel drums" when near a convoy

I was just wondering if this could be added to sh3...sure if you go to the sonar-room you will hear the contacts..but if Werners book is anything to go by the sound of a convoy vibrates around the boats many quarters.

would this just end up annoying or do you think it would add to submersion???

im thinking maybe a muffled sound of propellers in the command and periscope room etc at a certain distance from a convoy.

asidic pings are heard at distance but no real sound of the convoy

any thoughts???
