My country has just got new subs???
 

Unbelievable, in a country where we are now struggling to keep the power :sunny:on we go out and get three new subs.(we have no power for about 2 hours a day, because even though 10 years ago it was predicted we would run outta electricity by 2007, we bought subs instead.)
AND WE HAVE NO PEOPLE TO RUN 'EM!!!:damn:

Funny you should say about the power, I was just talking to a South African friend of mine at work the other day about it, well, she was the one who told me about the current problem, I could barely believe what I was hearing! :o
I didn't realise things had gotten so bad! :o She said that you were having power lotteries now, that a town is picked at random and then the power cut off for up to 7 hours at a time :huh: I mean, I know South Africa is a big place, but the administration had over ten years warning that they needed to spend money on the power system...but then again, I guess that's what corruption does :damn:

At least the sun is bright during the day :lol:

Haha, talk about coincidence, had just finished posting when pow , power off for for 12 hours, its now sat morning and its just come back on again.Oh well, i guess i'll get the sub fix on the goverments good graces... what burns me is we have shut down Harmony gold mine ( one of our moneys backbones) @ 60 milliion a day, all the while Still supplying our neighbours(malawi,botswana,Zimbabwe and south west africa) with electricity.the CEO of the power came on the telly an Lied to us saying no they ar not suppling elec. to our neighbours. guess i'm gonna google earth to find out where i'm gonna live.See you guys soon...:rotfl:
