Hi,

Is it possible that there are even fewer (or do i have to say "less"?) ships in enemy harbors with TM and RSRD than stock?
Every time i sneek into a enemy harbor they are completely empty, not very realistic is it?

I snuck into an island harbor with three ships anchored. It is hit or miss.
