[TEC] Shift-lock?
 

I picked up all the ROW mods and I absolutely can't live without ROW - Camera.

However, is there a mod to "lock" the shiftkey (fast camera)? Or perhaps even reverse the Camera-Speed toggle from Slow/Fast to Fast/Slow?

I don't think I need the Slow Camera at all.
