How strange!

It may not be sound evidence, but it looks like it will be at least a little tricky to explain.
Most likely a trick of light and rock. Us humans see faces and bodies everywhere.

Yup, human are adapted to see faces everywhere.
2 dots with one below and a line at the bottom is a face.
A lunp with 4 lines at each corner and a smaller lump on top and it's a body.

Imagine if it is real and after years of research on their anatomy, we finally realise that it is posing naked on that image, showing it's rude parts, hoping to get it's picture on the next issue of "Lonely Martian Moms". :hmm:

What the heck is he doing, anyway? There's nothing of interest in that particular area. And surely if it had intelligence, wouldnt it be looking at the sodding great robot clicking at it?

Looking at the picture the figure would actually be on it's side relative to the ground. What appears to be the side of some kind of mountainous terrain is actually the sloping decent to what seems to be a crater floor.

How lame is that for Daily Mail to turn this into a story?

It's actually a fact that the guys at NASA posted the "Face on Mars" thing as a joke in their newsletter or something like that. Then it got leaked and the UFO crazy community took it seriously.

The thing is that none of these people take into account is that when you watch the actual video of the flyby of the supposed face, that as you pass over it, you see that it's really just a mountain range that goes in a straight line and doesn't even RESEMBLE a face.

The UFO crazy people will probably (Oh what the hell.. definitely) latch onto this photo too. Their theories are permanently safe and self perpetuating because nomatter what evidence you bring up to discount their claims and theories, they will always counter that your "evidence" is part of the "Cover Up".:nope:

Yes it's absolutely futile to discuss with such a person.
