i am looking for leovampires reflections on the water mod. Where can i find the downloadlink and how do i have to download it?

Look above in one of the "sticky" threads. The thread entitled: "Reflections On The Water/Salute To Dave". Here you'll find the complete ROW plus the new addon. Use JSGME to install. Use the install order as it's listed in the thread, and if you use other mods such as RFB, or TM, {I use RFB}, install ROW first.
