Question about author of stock GWX skin.
 

I'm making my first skin. For type VIIC.

QUESTIONS : Who is an author of stock GWX skin for type VIIC ?
I suppose Fubar...?
Do i need permission for using this skin as template for new one ?

I'm completely rookie in making skins...After finishing i will probably
release my work - there will be ROTFL;)

It's worth sending him a PM, he checks in occasionally. I can give you complete template sets for the VII & IX boats but as it's originally Fubar's work, I suggest asking him before release.

Also, if you still have the original GW (aka TGW), extract the textures from there as they are 2048x2048 and not 1024x1024 as in GWX.:up:

These are arranged in JSGME format, so create copies and then just work on the TGA files in the mod.
