Setkeys.exe refuses to work - error message
I've downloaded SetKeys 1.3 for SH3 (I've been redirected to from SubSim), read the readme and tried to run the exe file. But it only causes an error saying something like: "Application wasn't initiated properly (0xc0000135). Click Ok bla bla".
Any tips? My PC: Windows XP Prof. SP2, Polish. |

I never had a bit of a problem with this program. I suggest you delete the folder from your computer, re-download SH3 setkeys and try again. The program should be installed in your "My Documents" folder not the Ubisoft/SH3 folder. |
The readme said it could be stored and launched anywhere, as after start it asks for the game folder path. I'll try to redownload it, thanks for advice. :)

I found a solution, or rather the cause of why SetKeys refused to launch: you need DotNet Framework on your PC in order to run SetKeys. You can download today-latest version from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...d-aab15c5e04f5 (it's recommended to always check for newer version, however) Thanks to GlobalExplorer who incidentally and unknowinlgy helped me to solve the problem. :) |
Great.
I really like the program as it can assign several commands to the same key stroke. |
