.dat files
How do you open .dat and .tga files?

.tga files are images. You can open them with any self-respecting graphical editor. For viewing only I like Xnview, for editing Gimp.
.dat files are a SH3 proprietary file structure. I haven't used it myself. But I've seen others refer to a program called minitweaker. |
