Anyone got any info on this sub? Info like whats the best depth to fire torps at this beast?

You are talking about an American sub there?

If so this would be better in the SH4 Forum.

Thank You Herr Fincuan,

Ran across 1 June 1940 in Grid AM something lol just west of the Northern tip of Ireland chunked 3 eels at her at different depths and all 3 bounced off. Looks like 1-2 meters on impact should work.

Sometimes, the Royal Navy does it for you...

Not quite sure what happened but found this in Lerwick sub base...

i read it has external tubes. What is the main difference between Internal tubes and external, how do they differ in attacking.

JU_88 01-05-08 10:30 AM

External Tubes are outside of the pressure hull and Internal tubes are inside.
External tubes cannot be reloaded internally - they also proved to be a little unrealiable and were removed from most subs post war.

Anything around 2-4 metres should be fine http://www.psionguild.org/forums/ima...s/thumbsup.gif
