How big is the GWX 2.0 community?

It would be interesting to know how big the GWX community is. Perhaps Neil Stevens or Kpt. Lehmann can tell us how many downloads that have been made?

Well, GWX 2.0 is our fourth major release and it has only been available for a short time, so it is difficult to tell.

Before GWX 2.0, other versions have been downloaded tens of thousands of times.

From one host alone, an earlier version has been DL'd nearly 28,000 times.

Actually, I'd like to know this too. We cant get accurate totals of course, but a for example the trailer's been watched 4832 times from the streaming source, another 31,000 visits to the new GWX website.

No idea about the downloads, but I'd say it's pretty big. ;)

Thank you for the answer. It was impressing. I had expected a size of 2000-3000, but it is more than 10 times that!

No-one will be able to be accurately precise, but I've just checked my FF account and the total number of downloads (including the torrent) is currently over 8,000. Add to that nearly 2,00 from my Megaupload account and your fast approaching the 10,000 mark.
That is only one GWX member and the mod is only 2 weeks old!!

I think it's safe to say that the GWX community is probably the largest numerically in sub simming terms http://www.psionguild.org/forums/ima...ies/pirate.gif
