Where is the Twisty periscope mod?
 
Where can I find it? And is it compatible with GWX 2.0?

I doubt it since it changes .DAT files. The GWX crew would be better able to tell you in this case but, as a general rule, if the mod changes any file other than textures or sound, it won't be compatible.

Using this mod will undo the Conning tower reflection fixes and reflection location fix which is included in GWX 2.0.

While it will work with GWX 2.0, it is not 100% compatible.

Heeey i remember this, it was a compatibility nightmare!

The original mod worked with NYGM only, using it in GWX would screw up things like radar positions etc, and anything else controlled from within the turmXX.dat.

I seem to remember some kind person fixed it for GWX though.
