Modifying the S-18 conning tower.
 

Hi all,

I was having a rummage through the files in SH4 and I noticed that the S-Class has a number of different pictures for the crew/damage/torpedo management screens.

One of the pics, S_Class_02.dds, has the same style on CT as that shown in S_Class_02b.dds (used for the S-18 with an AA gun), but WITHOUT the AA platform at the back.

Is it possible to alter the Conning_Sclass_02.dat file to produce a CT minus the AA platform? That way the S-18 and S-42 classes have different early war conning towers as well as late war ones?

Is it actually possible to insert a new conning tower model for a sub?
