When you start a new campain how do you get the black sea and penang flottilas to work? And a small fault, when you pick your flottila and year, the kiel and wilmshaven flotillas apear in the middle of germany. other than that GWXs great:up: :rock: .

I think you need to install either the "Merged Campaign" mod via JSGME, or the separate files which give you either the Far East, or Black Sea campaign.

Have you enabled them through the JGSME before loading the game?
