Whats the chances of hokking the radio to say LIVE365's wwii channels or perhaps host a channel like some other gammers do?

None. The radio plays off of audio files in the /Data/Sound folder.

Check out some of the radio mods in the 1.4 Compatability Thread. Some gdood stuff there, period based, but it is a WWII sim :D
