Deck gun in bad weathers

Where can I modify this to were gunners will man the deck gun in bad weathers, I've read some threads,but have forgot them,and tried to search some but no find...Thanks guys.

C\program files\Ubisoft\SH3\data\submarines...then go to the sub your using and open the CFG file and change the 'Storm Conditions' to a higher value :arrgh!:

Hmm...Im usin GWX 2.0 right now..was lookin at that,so many folders im lost haha...any specific folder for the VII-C's? Thanks...and sorry for my ignorance lol
