Windspeed Bug ?
 

hi hunters

think i'm encountering the 'windspeed bug'

have had feedback from Gezoes and followed instructions, BUT...

now i need to find out how to open file to change number from '0' to 4.000000.

at the moment all i get is the microsoft 'search internet to open file.' 'who created it' - i think. 'Windows can not open this file.'

i can open 'Campaign File' but after that, i cant open or change anything from there in.

Or i could

just pull-out from present patrol - delete it, roll-back then uninstall sh3 weather, clean that out too and start again; what do you think, will that work ?

any thoughts greatly appreciated

Are you referring to the campaign files to edit the wheater values ????

They are plain text, so maybe you use "wordpad".
It belongs to all windows installations by default.

The sections you are looking for are right at the start of the campaign files.

i don't know what you mean - don't understand. it's like another language - would'nt know where to begin ?

this is what i was worried about.

might just be easier to delete patrol and start again - removing all things sh3 weather with roll-back. hopefully this will work...
