its flying a flag from the netherlands, the picture was a bit dark so i had to do some editing with photoshop and it is clearly a flag from the netherlands, do not engage as far as i know there isnt such a thing as ships flying the wrong flag

It's Dutch. Indonesia was a Dutch colony in the time of WW2. Don't sink it.
