Big Mistake
 

I've ordered my copy for download, but I'll have to wait till I get home to kick it off. Only 3 hours 30 to go.

I installed it on my laptop on my lunch break:lol: , so I've played around with it a little. So far I like the sound. I think Horsa's review is right on the money. (so far)

Even more peed off now. When I got back on Friday I started to download it, using my download accelerator as it didn't say not to, and it kicked me out for exceeding my max number of downloads. The problem is I didn't evenget it all downloaded before it did this!

I e-mailed support right away, explaining the situation and asking them to reset my download counter, so that I can download without the accelerator, but I'm still waiting for them to come back to me - and I'm getting a bit irritated about the delay.

Edit: Spelling + I'm still waiting.

Wednesday now and I'm still waiting. This is starting to seriously pee me off, if there's no answer by Friday then I'll have to look at canceling my payment.

Man, that really sucks. Sorry to hear it. Did you purchase it with their "Download Protection" or whatever it is?

Yeah, I did. I appreciate I caused the problem by using a d/l manager, but as I didn't get a full copy I think they should be reasonable.

Sorted - they've reset my download counter so I should be up and running in half an hour or so. A bit slow progress, but I'm glad they came through in the end.
