gameplay settings not changeable?
 

Hi captain's,

In my career i'm just starting the third patrol. (in base after the second to be precise).
Realism settings are at 100%, but i want to turn the external camera on.
When i change this and start my patrol external camera is still disabled.
I already noticed this earlier during patrol and tried to change it.
Someone on this forum told me that it is only possible to change this when in base.
So i tried it now while in base but it still is no better.
What can i do?

you'll have to return to base and reenable the camera there

You'll have to return to base, AND change it via the options menu accessible from your office. IIRC you can access it via one of the books on the left, or the locker at rear of the room. Changing anything in the options menu accessible from the main menu will only affect single missions and patrols, not the ongoing campaign.

Yes, that was it!
When i change it in the options in the game itself it changes.
Probably stupid of me...
