bestowing awards w/GWX

which officer gets it so it'll show up in your awards box in port? i've got a Knights Cross 2nd Class and i think i'm up for as 1st class

Hi!

You can give your crewmen awards but you cannot give awards to yourself: only BdU can do that. You should receive promotions and medals in due course as your renown increases.

yeah, found that out. got a 1st class this time around to go along with my 2nd class i had previously gotten
