Does anyone got the widescreen fix with d3d9.dll working?

I tried as being put down in the community manual but The game is still strecthed. I love SH3 but now everytime I'm looking theough the periscope it feels weird as it strecth.

Can this be fixed?
I got used to it. Now whenever I exit the game, the whole world seams so...narrow :rotfl:

I fixed it by ditching the widescreen monitor.

It took some time for the world to seem normal again but it happened.:lol:
