no idea how to use this thing
recently downloaded the Real Fleet Boat mod--really cool by the way, though I did tweek one think myself--and I noticed that it addsto the nav station to the chart to figure out speed from time and distance, or vice versa, whatever. I never did use that mod from SH3, and I have no idea how to use it. Could someone give me a quick tutorial, just a quick how-to so I know what I'm doing? Or does no one know what I'm talking about?

When you get a contact mark its position on the nav map, after some time has passed add a second mark (the longer the better). Now take note of the the distance between the marks and the amount of time that has elapsed between the two sightings. Find the closest corresponding values on the nomograph (think that what it is) and draw a line connecting the two, this will in turn cross the appropriate mark on the middle line and give you the approximate speed. :up:
