SWC's IXB: Vengance is Mine
 

This is my first project, I'm testing the water and trying to give Koon a little run for his money :p

I'm repainting this based off Koon's 9B's, there is no rust - yet, all of the rivets were hand placed back into position after I painted over them and I'm not done with that part yet... Perhaps the red needs to be a little darker but we'll see how she goes when I get back from the football game... (Go Gators!!!)

Yep, red, I need a base-coat for this paint scheme. :yep: I'm leaning on a camo pattern for this, not sure if I can pull it off yet but it's back to slingin my paint :cool:

Different is always good, keeps things interesting for me. This thing looks really sweet in the game, just gotta get the daggone conning tower to look right :damn:

Maybe CocaCola logo as a cammo pattern... ?

Now hear this...I work for Coke and by all means I would toss a copyright infringment up his keyster...thats right Russ (he knows I would too)

Still have a few greys to fill in...the periscope has 1/5 red and the rest is grey, but I'm debating leaving the red as it is and not putting any camo down.

I'd put the coke logo on the conning tower if it weren't for copyrights...but it ain't like I'm making any money off of it :hmm:

Should the red be a bit darker or should I leave it alone?
I got almost all of the grey out of the skin except for the binoculars - haven't found that texture yet but I will eventually.

She's finished!
I put the iron cross on the bow cause I got tired of messing with the conning tower placement. Maybe in another sub I'll get it right.

She's up for download now, the link's gonna be in my sig in a minute - same location as Koon's sub shop just on a different board.
