XP Sub command trouble

Hi Guys,

Ive got a very stupid question.:oops:

Ive not played Sub command for a while and when im playing SC, I keep getting windows trying to be in-front of SC while im playing it, its very annoying.:damn: I cant remmber how to sort it. Can anyone help me PLZ PLZ
