It is 1.04 original, after reinstallation, I keep it this week without GWX... just for a faster skinning (loading).

Is that "albino" effect present in GWX ?

They're ghost white because they're afraid of the US atlantic fleet in Norfolk :p

Gorgeous repaint though, I love how the paint looks like it's been through hell and back.
