Zooming problem

I can't get the targeting binoculars(sry, can't remember what there called) to zoom in or out. If I use mouse wheel while standing on Bridge the regular binocs. will zoom in @ out. Tab button doesn't seem to do anything(I'm still doing Sub School though) It's been along time since I've played SH3(SH4 nicer looking) so I'm completely lost, but it sure is pretty looking, camera controls kind of a pain right now. P.S. what do I have to do to cut down on jagged lines? Thanks P.S.S. Do you guys use verticle sycn.?

The targeting device located on the bridge is called a target bearing transmitter, or TBT for short...and no...it does not have a zoom , like the periscopes do.

The jaggies you refer to can be greatly lessened if you will go to your graphics card adjustments and use the Anti-Alaising (AA) feature. SH4 has no in-game settings. AA can only be forced if you have patched SH4 to v1.2 or v1.3

If you notice tearing or distortions in a scene...then you should use Vsync., otherwise don't..Your framerates (FPS) with Vsync will be locked to the refresh rate of your monitor. Without... your can go higher.

Cheers!
