Editing Map Marks
 

OK, I've searched the forums to no avail:

Game Manual, pg 60, MAP NOTES:

You can modify the "name" of a map mark with up to 54 characters, etc....

HOW? I've tried clicking on it, etc, but can't seem to change it from Mark 1, Mark 2, etc. Am I missing something? One of my biggest "conveniences" in these cases would be to mark contacts and edit the name to show what time the contact was made...

Thanx in advance for any help with this. So far, my "SH4 Problem Solution Rate" by searching the forums is about 4 problems solved by searching for every one by asking. You folks are MAH-VELOUS!

That feature never made it in the game.

You gotta watch out for the manual. It was obviously made before the game even had all it's features in and that's one that never got there.

Note some of the screenshots with generic names for the sub systems and such. :lol:

This is one I'm really hoping for in the next patch.

That, and functioning lightning, if Leo doesn't get to it first.
