I thought it was no more to it

I'm on my 2nd campaign and this time I want the XXI from start. So I made som changes in the CFG-files

Year 0=1939
Year 2=1940 a.s.o

But nothing happen

Is it more to it than just making some changes in the CFG-files(basic)?

there is a little bit more, depending on your setup /your mods.

We start with:
What do you run? SH3 Commander for instance? Maybe GWX?

Now:
Check your flotilla. Boat must also be available for your flotilla, at your time, with your available renown.

Then you can select it.
